Cut-to-length machines
Machines for cutting to length sheets/blanks when producing flexible and coated abrasive belts in all common cutting angles.
The machines are working with different cutting systems (shear cut, crush cut and guillotine cutting system) which allows straight cuts as well as wave cuts.
Some machine types are available as fully automated cut-to-length machine or can be used in combination with other production steps.
Shear cut cutting machine type HTB
- Maximum cutting length 500 mm
- Manual or pneumatic cutting
- Shear cut system for straight cuts (no wave cuts possible)
- Cutting angle adjustable between 90° and 45°
Crush cut cutting machine type HQ
- Maximum cutting length 500 mm
- Manual cutting or optionally with pneumatic cutting
- Crush cut system for straight cut as well as wave cut with wave form type 20800.
- Cutting angle adjustable between 90° and 45°
Guillotine cutting machine type SGW
- Maximum cutting length with straight cut:
Type SGW-310: 450 mm
Type SGW-620: 900 mm
Type SGW-1650: 1850 mm - Hydraulic cutting
- Guillotine cutting system for straight cut as well as wave cut with wave form type 69/21/6.0/4.2 or type 20800
- Cutting angle adjustable between 90° and 45°
Shear cut cutting machine type STB
- Cutting length 1050 mm, 1650 mm, 1850 mm, 2200 mm
- Foot-operated cutting (knife is moved by an electric motor)
- Shear cut system for straight cut (no wave cut possible)
- Cutting angle adjustable between 90° and 45°
Crush cut cutting machine type WSQ
- Cutting length 450 mm, 1050 mm, 1650 mm, 1850 mm, 2200 mm
- Foot operated cutting (knife is moved by an electric motor)
- Crush cut system for straight cut or wave cut (wave form type 20800)
- Cutting angle adjustable between 90° and 45°
Automatic cut-to-length machine type VAE (for direct connection to 494)
- Maximum cutting length 720 mm (with straight cut).
- Guillotine cutting system for straight cut or wave cut.
- Automatic feeding and measuring system.
- Direct connection to every skiving machine type 494.
